Background:
Spiritas were asked to develop a text response service to supplement the advertising campaign concerning a new housing development in London.
Objectives:
- To deliver a text enabled marketing campaign.
- To enable the customer to gain quick and easy access to information about the Academy development 24/7 .
- To allow customers with web access on their mobile phone to visit the website directly from the text response.
- To promote the highly prestigious property using a communication tool that is becoming increasingly important.
Execution:
Spiritas set up the text response service for the client which included automatic email notifications for the client of any text send in.
